Terms & Conditions - Meta Suite Giveaways (Limited to Existing Customers in New Zealand)

1. Eligibility:

1.1. Giveaways run on our Meta Suite platforms are open to individuals who are located in New Zealand.
1.2. Employees and immediate family members of EverMe Ltd are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:

2.1. To enter the Competition, participants must follow the instructions set out in the post description of the giveaway.

3. Winner Selection:

3.1. One winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries received during the specified monthly Competition period using a randomised tool.
3.2. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer who wins our giveaway. If we do not get a response within 7 days of initial contact, we have the right to redraw.
3.3. The winner will be contacted via Direct Message within the platform.

4. Prize:

4.1. The prize for the Giveaway will be set out in the post description.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
4.3. The prize will be shipped free of charge to any New Zealand address.

5. Publicity:

5.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree to allow Laine Home to use their names, likeness, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without any further compensation or consent.

6. General Conditions:

6.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
6.2. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Competition.
6.3. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to release the organizers from any liability arising from or related to the Competition.
6.4. Our giveaways are not associated with Meta.
6.5. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
