With its unique squared of tip, this knife is purely designed to chop in an up and down motion. Thanks to a razor sharp edge, this blade is able to chop all the way through to the cutting board without any back and forth motion required. It is crafted from Nitro60 stainless steel that has an impressive hardness rating of HRC60. It is a pleasure to use, thanks to the mid knife balance it provides and the ergonomic handle that makes it comfortable to use for long periods of time.
