The Miyabi 5000FCD 3 Piece Knife Set includes all the staple knives, including a 9cm Shotoh knife, a 13cm Shotoh knife and a 18cm Santoku knife.

This set is of excellent quality, with all knives being made from ice hardened carbide steel. This increases durability and longevity. The pakka wood handle is designed for comfort and precision when cutting, making these great everyday knives. Made in Japan, these knives utilise a traditional Japanese technique called Honbazuke v-edge honing for extra sharpness. These Miyabi knives can easily be distinguished from other knives due to the distinctive blade pattern.
