The Furi Pro 17cm East/West Santoku Knife is a cross between a Western Cook's Knife and an Eastern Vegetable Chopper.

Its sharp blade was expertly crafted from high carbon stainless steel alloy. The ergonomic design of the blade handle allows for a solid, comfortable grip, making it perfect to use for as long as needed without causing fatigue or wrist strains. The blade features strategically placed scallops that allows for swift and precise cutting. Versatile and flexible, the sharp steel blades can be used for a variety of kitchen tasks.
