COVID-19 Delivery Update

Despatch times.
Our despatch times are unaffected at present, however our delivery partner PBT is experiencing some delays (see below).

Deliveries to Auckland
Our delivery partner PBT Couriers has advised us of delivery delays in Auckland of up to 8 days after dispatch due to significant volumes of parcels being sent into Auckland and COVID operating restrictions.

Deliveries outside Auckland
Smaller shipping delays of up to 5 working days are expected nationwide outside of Auckland.

We encourage you to track your delivery progress using PBT's Tracking tool and contact us if your delivery is overdue by more than 5 working days.

The team here at Homeware Online believes that the most exciting part of purchasing Homewares online is the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Delivery of your new homeware products are done with great care at Homeware Online.

Orders are processed during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) and will typically be dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm NZST. If you are based in the North Island your order will typically arrive overnight to metro centers. For South Island deliveries, delivery is generally two business days. If your order is placed outside business hours, your order will be processed the following business day. Please add an additional 1 - 2 days to these times for all rural deliveries.

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be despatched the next business day.

Orders are sent by PBT Couriers or Courierpost & are fully trackable. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is prepared by our warehouse team.

*Please note: We have numerous warehouses around New Zealand that we dispatch from. If you purchase multiple items, it is possible that they might not all arrive at the exact same time. We will send you separate tracking numbers if you have purchased multiple items that are coming from multiple warehouses.

**Some homeware deliveries to remote locations such as Great Barrier Island, Chatham Islands etc may be charged an additional shipping rate. If an additional freight charge is require, someone from our team will contact you before your item is shipped. If you wish to cancel your order at this point, you are more than welcome to. In most cases the prices quoted at checkout will be correct, but in some cases additional freight charges may be required. Our customer service team will contact you if this is the case and you must agree to these extra charges before the order can be shipped.
